This diverse role will work directly with AdhereTech’s leaders of the business team, particularly the Head of Product and Strategy. We are looking for a motivated, hard-working and thoughtful sales professional, ideally someone who has previously built and managed sales pipelines & process-oriented business development strategies in the healthcare industry. The ideal candidate will be a quick learner who designed a similar process for other growth-stage healthcare companies and has a deep understanding of the enterprise sales cycle in the healthcare space.
AdhereTech already works with many top pharma companies and Fortune 500 healthcare firms. The Head of Sales will ultimately be responsible for driving revenue and growth. This will be a very hands-on role, with a focus not only on building an enterprise sales process specifically designed for healthcare, but also executing on it. As the business continues to grow, this role will eventually be responsible for building out and managing a sales team focused on identifying, cultivating, and closing prospects - with support from AdhereTech’s marketing, account management, and customer success teams. As with any growth stage firm, the role will expand and evolve over time. Most of AdhereTech's key decisions are made as a team, and this role will have a real influence on the direction of the company.
